Everyone can get FREE support and treatment to stop smoking at their local pharmacy. It will be tailored to you, at a time and in a way that is right for you.
Giving up smoking is not something you have to do on your own and you are much more likely to be successful if you get support. Why not pop along to your local pharmacy to discuss the range of options available and choose the best approach that will work for you.
This includes access to FREE treatments.

- One to One Support
In Tayside we offer an incentive scheme to encourage you to stay smoke free. If you are eligible, you can benefit from up to £50 per month in the form of weekly vouchers to spend in your local participating supermarket.
People who sign up to incentives are much more successful as it keeps them motivated.
